It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel Dean Kobley of Calgary, Alberta, who passed away on July 31, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father George High; his brother Norman High; his niece Ann; and his nephew Matthew Hein. He is survived by: his mother Rose High; and his siblings, Mary (Perry Holden), Victoria (Wes Goudy), Barb Milner, Cindy Hein, Chris (Lennard McFarland), Dan (Patricia Hein), Vern (Peggy Hein) and Ted High. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.
