He was predeceased by: his parents, Trophim Antoniuk and Eudocia Antoniuk; his son David Antoniuk; his grandson Bryce MacQuarrie; his son-in-law Norman Thomson; his siblings, John Antoniuk (Susan), Julianna Shostak (Harry) and Nellie Spitko (Stan); his sister-in-law Nancy Antoniuk; his niece Marnie Lunty; and his brothers-in-law, John Kobylanski and Gary Pedersen.

He is survived by: his wife Jean Antoniuk of Bonnyville; his children, Lida Thomson of Edmonton, Roger Antoniuk (Suzanne) of Bonnyville, Joanne MacQuarrie (Francis) of Medicine Hat and Ken Antoniuk (Diane) of Bonnyville; his siblings, Tom Antoniuk (Frances) of Cold Lake, Tony Antoniuk (Nina) of Parksville, BC and Lida Pedersen of Edmonton; his grandchildren, Jessica (Cristian), Cameron (Kellie), Derek (Shaylene), Alexandra (Damien), Jordan, Cassidy, Brittany, Kurtis, Renée, Abigayle, Kristen, Jacelyn, Merissa, Braden and Jennifer; and his great grandchildren, Peighton, Theo, Presley, Carson, Charlee Rose, Everly, Sawyer, Porter, Lennox, Francisco and Reece. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives & friends.
