Matilda Steinke Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matilda Steinke (Barrhead, Alberta), born in Tomahawk, Alberta, who passed away on November 19, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Siegfried; her son Werner; her parents, Edmund and Emilie; and her siblings, Edwin, Ida, Freda and Linda.

She is survived by: her children, Hanna Steinke (Gilbert), Hubert Steinke (Dianne), Heidi Froese (David) and Bruno Steinke (Julie); her siblings, Hertha Wolfram, Erna Brust, Oswald Reich, Paul Reich (Sally) and Gerhart Reich (Margaret); and her siblings-in-law, Hans Steinke (Helen), Helga and Maggie Steinke. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
