She is survived by: her daughters, Ruby Bereditsch, Sandra George and Sonia Sandgathe (Jim); and her grandchildren, Mathew, Cassandra, Nicole, Nicholas, Chelsy (Kirk), Nolan, Jaden, Emma, Vanessa, Ethan, Aidan and Rayleigh.
Donations in Joan's name may be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation.
