It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anne Katherine Rushinsky of Airdrie, Alberta, who passed away on November 2, 2023, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Wagner and John Wagner; and her siblings, Louis, Albert and Mary.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Rushinsky; her children, Janice Rushinsky (John Price) of Olds, AB and Garry Rushinsky (Darlene Nichols) of Calgary, AB; her granddaughters, Shauna Rushinsky (Rick Bertok) and Kari Rushinsky; her great grandchildren, Samantha Scott (Kier), Karlee Stockwood and Sydney Stockwood; and her great great grandchildren, Oaklynn and Tucker Scott. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family would like to express its deepest appreciation to the entire staff at Bethany Care Centre in Airdrie, AB, for their wonderful care and support in making the last nine years of Anne's life as comfortable as possible, especially through the three very difficult years of Covid-19.
