She was predeceased by: her parents, Newton Gingrich and Mary Gingrich; her son Brandon; her brother Daryl; and her stepfather Ervin Erb.
She is survived by: her children, Shannon Kazak (Spanta) and Thomas Hirons; her brothers, Duane Gingrich (Evelyn) and Dennis Gingrich (Luann); her sister-in-law Bonnie Gingrich; and her grandchildren, Dominick, Chase, Carter, Owen, Jasper and Jaxson.
