He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley Moffatt; his children, Bruce and Sandra; his siblings, Dorothy, Connie, Leita, Frank (Edna) and Goldie (Mary); and his sister-in-law Jane.

He is survived by: his children, Sheila (Wayne Overton) and Barry (Sandra); his son-in-law Jim Holly; his grandchildren, Lindsay (Scott), Taylor (Jeremy), Alysia (Dave), Natasha (Steve) and Marisa; his great grandchildren, Bryson and Leni; his siblings, Marjorie (Ronnie Stone) and Gordie (Edith); and his siblings-in-law, Ivan (Gloria), Keith (Jean), Joyce Allen (Kevin), Ruth (late Harold), Marion and Greta (Doug). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
