He is survived by: his children, Jaclyn Hoffman (Norman Hébert) and Lindsay Hoffman; his grandson Charlie Hébert; his brother Mark; his siblings-in-law, Debra Hoffman, Howard and David Reisler; and his nieces and nephews, Avi Hoffman (Arinn Amer), Oren (Ari Hoffman), Rachel Hoffman and Mathew Reisler.
