He is survived by: his children, Anne, Michael, Timothy, Margaret and Louise; his grandchildren, Kaye, Madeleina, Gabrielle, Preston, Nikolas, William and Robert; his great grandchildren, Wolfgang and Ihsahn; his children-in-law, Lindsay, David, Phillip and Luke; and also, Australian Red Cross, Barnardos Australia and St Vincent.
