She was predeceased by : her parents, Andy Messer and Pearl Belcher; and her daughter Kara Messer. She is survived by : her children, Dominic Messer and Kayla Messer; and her sisters, Diana Messer and Patsy Messer. She is also survived by two grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sarah Ann Church of God (12157 Jerry W Hwy, Sarah Ann, WV 25644). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
