He was predeceased by : his father Robert Otis; his grandparents, Clarence and Maria Busby; his uncle Allen Busby; and his significant other Sally Ann Wood-Glenn.

He is survived by : his mother Carol Martin; his siblings, Ronald Otis, William Otis (Mary) and Regina Sowders (Buddy); his children, Cody Otis and Brooke Linder; and his grandchildren, Joseph, Emory and Isabella. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
