With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patsy Slaughter-McKinney of Tyler, Texas, who passed away on May 15, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Emory Wilkinson and Emma Louise Wilkinson; her former life partner Don Slaughter; her daughter LaDonna Slaughter Donelson; and her brothers, Kenneth and Hershel Wilkinson.

She is survived by : her husband Robert McKinney; her daughter Belinda Anthens (Les Herrington); her granddaughter Natalie Rokovich (Chad); her great grandchild Reese Rokovich; her stepgranddaughter Jennifer Spooner (Bronson); her brother Joel Wilkinson (Marilyn); her sister-in-law Louise Wilkinson; and her son-in-law Byron Donelson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Ramsey Funeral Home (5600 Williams Dr, Georgetown, TX 78633). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Sunday, May 26th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Pinecrest Cemetery.
