It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leonila Avila (El Paso, Texas), who passed away on May 14, 2024, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Leonila has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Beatriz Franco and Carlos Avila. She is survived by : her husband Daniel Rubio; and her children, Marco Rubio, Marisa Rubio and Diana Rubio. She is also survived by her grandchildren, and her great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, May 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Perches Funeral Home - West (6111 S Desert Blvd, El Paso, TX 79932). A rosary was held on Monday, May 20th 2024 at 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM.
