Howard Lee Collins Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 14, 2024, at the age of 96, Howard Lee Collins of El Paso, Texas, born in Heiskell, Tennessee passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Howard Lee Collins to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Elvin Collins and Sarah Collins; his wife Maria; and his son John. He is survived by : his daughters, Teresa Frankenbery (David) and Sandra Collins; his granddaughters, Mary Serna, Jessica Ramirez, Samantha Cunningham (Colin) and Allison Lance; and his great grandchildren, Leah, Vera, Emory, Scarlett and Ezra. He is also survived by extended family and friends.

A graveside service was held on Monday, May 20th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Ft. Bliss National Cemetery East Pavilion.
