He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Henry Sterling, Sr. and Hilda Ledoux Sterling; his uncles, Henry Sterling, Jr., Pete Bertrand and Jeff Miller; his aunt Darlene Bertrand Thacker; his grandparents, Agricole LeBlanc, Jr. and Margorie LeBlanc; and his cousin Chance Gabriel Savoie.

He is survived by : his daughters, Avery Grace LeBlanc and Adalyn Gunderson; his mother Teresa Bertrand; his stepfather Lukas Bertrand; his father Kirk Wayne LeBlanc, Sr.; his siblings, Shannon Wayne Sterling, Adam Moore, Chas LeBlanc and Candace LeBlanc Savant; his aunts, Tina Breaux Savoie (Chucky), Pam LeBlanc Miller, Sheila LeBlanc Blanchard, Cindy LeBlanc Miller and Trudy LeBlanc Roofner (Chris); his uncle Travis LeBlanc; and his great-aunt Barbra Sue Breaux.

Visitation was held on Monday, May 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 at 8:00 AM. A rosary was held on Monday, May 20th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles (3001 Ryan St, Lake Charles, LA 70601). A procession was held on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 at 10:45 AM at the St. Margaret's Catholic Church (2500 Enterprise Blvd, Lake Charles, LA 70601). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
