He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert Graham and Mildred Graham; and his siblings, Richard and Maryann Graham. He is survived by : his wife Jo Ann; his children, John A., Dr. Jennifer A. Rokosz and Joseph A.; his grandson Clark S. Rokosz; and his nephews, Phillip and Blaine.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 5th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home (185 E Northwest Hwy, Palatine, IL 60067). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, June 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Theresa Church (455 N Benton St, Palatine, IL 60067). A graveside service was held on Thursday, June 6th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Cemetery (1185 W Algonquin Rd, Palatine, IL 60067).
